A couple of things need to be in place before you can sync between the two.  First you need to add ManagePro and Review Writer to the path statement in your autoexec.bat file.  To do this go down to the START button and choose RUN.   In the RUN box type  sysedit  then OK.  A window will pop up and the autoexec.bat file is the first one in line.  Then add this line to the path statement :

SET PATH=C:\review40;C:\progra~1\manage~1

Then restart your system so it takes effect.

The next thing you need to do is add a password to your database.  RW is looking for a password for security reasons.  So open ManagePro and go to the FILE/PREFERENCES/SECURITY pull down menu and enter a simple password.  Now try connecting with Review writer.
