I have a 5 user team license and the 5.1 software was installed several years ago.  I'm now trying to install the 5.1 on other stations and when I enter the register number, I get the message: "unlock failed with error code: 1005".  The installs worked great in the past. 

What could be the problem?

Hi Bev,

Error 1005 - You will get this message if the unlock server address is incorrect in the Enter Registration key window. The proper address is “register.managepro.com” Replace the bad address with this address.
