Our goals are based on an annual basis.  How can a transfer everything but the goals to another database?

Dear alshef,

I need to clarify exactly what you want to keep from last years database. I assume you want to get rid of the Goals, Progress Notes, To Dos and Events frm last year?  That leaves the People entries and the formatting and customizations.  Is that right?

Sorry it took so long to get back to you.  I did not click the email notification.  We work off an annual goals system, so I want to archive the goals, progress notes, to do's and events from the last year.  I need to retain the people entries, commitments and training/development.
